Call for Papers for the Open Source Backup Conference 2017 is open!

Until 30.06.2017  interested speakers have the opportunity to submit their presentations for the conference via our CFP-form.

Please notice that the conference will be held in English language only.

The length of your speech should be limited to about 40-45 minutes. There will also be time for a question and answer session is scheduled with the audience. Technical abstracts with a real benefit for the participants are welcome:

  • Latest developments related to Bareos and Bacula
  • User experiences and case studies
  • Best practices and tools
  • Any other topics that you feel are relevant to developers, users and other members of the community

In return for a talk, every speaker is offered free conference attendance (package SILVER), which includes:

  • attendance at all presentations and tutorials
  • refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks
  • lunch on 2nd day including soft drinks
  • dinner event on the first conference day
  • WiFi access
